InTech - Curriculum Deisgn
Curriculum Design:

As an experienced provider of professional instructional content, InTech
has developed a unique methodology utilizing a blended method of training.
This solution allows our clients to make more effective use of training
dollars while still obtaining the highest quality learning experience.
According to University of Delaware's Instructional Technology Center
people remember:
- 20% of what they see;
- 30% of what they hear;
- 50% of what they see and hear; and
- 80% of what they see, hear, and do simultaneously.
Adults have a broad range of motivations, issues and behaviors that they
bring to the learning environment. We are proficient in adapting current
technological advances to proven training methods and techniques to ensure
high knowledge retention levels.
Our Curriculum Design Team begins by determining our client's learning
objectives and audience profile. Used as a focus, these choices pinpoint
the appropriate content range and depth required for a course. Working
with our client, the InTech Team identifies all content resources available
to attain the learning objectives.
Content sequencing is extremely important to the design process. InTech
may use one or more methods to organize your content including job performance,
psychological, logical and/or chronological sequencing depending upon
the learning objectives. The InTech Team also uses a six-step process
to create necessary structural parameters. Evaluation methods are built
into the curriculum design process to accurately measure achievement of
learning objectives. Whether making connections to previous learning,
addressing cultural diversity, or tailoring instruction to audience needs,
InTech's Curriculum Design Team delivers effective, relevant and educationally
sound learning.
